1. Why is it only possible to pay by credit card?
Credit cards are universally used and accepted. They allow for quick and safe transactions to occur. We use a Secure Server to process any credit card details to ensure your privacy is protected. |

2. Can I specify when the gift is delivered?
Yes, you can specify your preferred delivery date. We will attempt to deliver on this day. We usually require 24 hours to complete an order, please remember to allow for weekends and public holidays or any time zone differences if you are ordering from overseas (we have listed the current date and time in New Zealand on the Home Page for your convenience) |

3. What happens if the recipient is not at home?
Our courier/delivery person will attempt delivery and leave a calling card if the recipient is not home. If they are still unable to deliver the gift and unable to reach the recipient, they will immediately inform us of the none-delivery and you will be informed by Email that no delivery could be made. |

If you have additional delivery information such as additional phone number or address you can add this in the "Comments" section when completing your order. |

5. How can I cancel an order?
If you need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances you may contact us by telephone, fax or email. Make sure to have your order reference number at hand. Kindly note that the given phone number is only for cancelling orders and may not be used for any other request. No orders will be accepted/processed via telephone. |

6. How can I change an order?
If you need to change the delivery details kindly write us an email. Changes are required prior to the delivery date or you may risk that the order has already been processed and/or delivered. |

7. How do I know if you have received my order?
Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation of the order. Please keep this confirmation for future reference. |

8. How do I know if you have received my order?
We guarantee each order to be delivered on the requested delivery date (assuming enough delivery time has been allowed at the time of your order). If for any reason the order cannot be filled you will be contacted as soon possible. Therefore, if you have received a confirmation email that your order has been accepted and you do not hear from us that it can not be delivered for any reason, it is safe to assume that it has been delivered. If you know that the order did not reach its delivery destination please contact us immediately. |

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. Other payment methods are under consideration. |

10. What is your guarantee of quality?
Our reputation is wholly dependent on the high standards of our arrangements. In the unlikely situation where the recipient is unsatisfied with the product that has been delivered, we would appreciate feedback immediately as there may have been problems with the delivery (we use third party couriers and delivery persons). We will then attempt to rectify the problem, which may require a new delivery to be made. |

11. How secure is my order?
We use secure servers and secure socket layer (SSL) data transfer for strong encryption of all customer information.
Entering a secure area on our site switches on the padlock (bottom right-hand corner of your screen). In your address bar you see 's' added to 'http' indicating encryption of data.
This means personal data entered at our site cannot be intercepted and read by a third party.
We switch to a secure server before requiring you to enter any credit card information. |
